Travel insurance is highly recommended, as we cannot accommodate emergencies, and our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

Should you need to depart early or alter your plans, you will still be responsible for the full duration of your stay.

Please note that room rates do not include taxes.

Maximum occupancy is limited to two guests per room.

Smoking is only permitted outside where an ashtray will be available to you. Please make sure the cigarette is well extinguished as Arizona is very dry and bush fires are easy to start. Violating this policy will result in a $150 room cleaning fee.

We promote calmness, relaxation and responsible drinking. Parties, excessive drinking, raucous behaviour, illegal activity, storing illegal drugs, failure to pay for the hotel room, intoxication, disorderly conduct and parties are not permitted any violations will result in eviction without a refund.

Deposits

Secure your reservation with a credit card deposit:

For one or two nights, a deposit equivalent to one night's lodging is required.

For three or more nights, a deposit of 50% of the lodging charges is necessary.

Rates are subject to state sales tax and local lodging tax and may change unexpectedly.

Cancellations
and Liability

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 71 hours or less prior to arrival will be charged for the totality of their stay and not be eligible for a refund.Written confirmation is required for all cancellations.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, so please safeguard your valuables. While we provide keys, it is your responsibility to secure your room.

We are not liable for any injuries, acts of wild animals -plants - insects or lost items during your stay.
